- Developing company profile
- Driving projects through planning, design and delivery.
- Degree qualified and ideally property related
- Real Estate graduate, land buyer, town planner or development surveyor / assistant development manager background
- Experience of driving housebuilding projects through the development process
- Currently working for either a national housebuilder or development agency
- Detailed understanding of the planning application and appeals process.
- Determined, hungry and ambitious
- Ability to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the team

Assistant Development Manager

£45k - £50k plus package.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, well-respected, privately owned developer as Assistant Development Manager, working on residential schemes in the South West.

Based in Exeter, you will be part of the development team reporting directly to the Development Director. You will be tasked with taking sites from the acquisition team and ensuring their smooth progress through planning, design and delivery.
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 plus package.
To be suitable for this role, you come from a land buying, town planning, or development surveying / management background, with 1-3 years experience.
