Mortgage Administrator - North Shields NE2- Office Based / Hybrid

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time
Mortgage
Administrator to join a dynamic partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation based in their glitzy offices in North Shields, NE29.

Our highly valued partner firm are a dynamic, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their team with the addition of a further experienced Mortgage Administrator.

The Mortgage Administrator will be responsible for assisting a volume Mortgage Advisor, focusing on mortgage and protection business.

We are looking for a minimum 2 years mortgage administration in a broking environment.

The role can be fully office based or a combo between work and home.

Free parking available

Salary of
£22,000 - £25,000 per annum DOE and negotiable

Hours - Monday - Friday No weekends)

Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience Required:

A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience.
Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
A team player with ability to use own initiative.
