- Leading and developing your team of 15 people to understand the context, mechanics, and delivery of our key metrics in a sustainable way to meet customer and stakeholder commitments.
- Delivery of coaching, mentoring and guidance to enable your team to grow and develop talent.
- Ensure plan attainment and demonstrate execution of production activities to a high standard ensuring best in class.
- Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Being actively involved in problem-solving using analytical skills and a 'Go to the Gemba' approach, with the discipline to make data-driven decisions.
- Holding team members accountable for embodying the Hologic values; using honesty when appraising and managing individuals' performance whilst supporting and coaching individuals to close performance gaps.
- Creating a positive and inclusive work environment, which enhances employee engagement and implementing strategies to promote staff growth and development.
- A proven practitioner of lean systems, tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Prior experience in a highly regulated industry: Medical Device, Pharma, FMCG, Biotech or similar
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and be a role model for your team
- Ability to challenge the status quo, having the courage to constructively challenge to improve the business.
