Hunter Mental Health is currently working alongside a fantanstic Older Adults Community Mental Health Team through an NHS Trust who proudly boast being one of the most diverse providers of within physical and mental health healthcare.

The Service is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire.

They also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.

The historic market towns and bustling districts are enveloped in wonderful countryside, and our excellent road and rail networks bring the rest of the country within easy reach.

For international travel, both Gatwick and Heathrow airports are nearby.

Job Title - CPN Older Adults (Mental Health Nurses only)
Schedule - Monday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm (no work from home)
Current and valid registration with the NMC
Proven experience within an Older Adults or Care Home service
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Ability to work onsite, there is no scope for remote working
Access to a car for community visits
