What we need from you as an Online and Shop Assistant:

You will need to be an experienced photographer, videographer and have awareness of off camera lighting and modifiers
Working knowledge of Shopify or other similar ecommerce platforms desirable
Experience of operating in a front facing customer service role
A strong customer service focus and proactive approach to resolving queries
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to adapt to a diverse range of customer groups
Be located within reasonable commuting distance of your branch office

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the online chat with customers
Helping out with customers in the store face to face, dealing with any complaints
Reviewing customer web orders and proactive contact where there is a logical cross sell or upsell opportunity
Reviewing and contacting customers with abandoned baskets or stock enquiries
Responsible for TFC Social Channels and responding to customer reviews
Support the running of Webinars
Responsible for significant contribution to stores sales performance to achieve annual TFC margin targets
Sending customer quotations and recording these into the CRM (NetSuite)
Always keeping the store clean and tidy

Salary/Hours £25,000 to £28,000 each role per annum depending on experience.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (based in the Rowley Regis shop). On occasions, some flexibility is required around these hours, workload depending.
