We are currently seeking someone to take on the role ofa
HR Business Partneran upcoming facility and healthcare company providing its services to 100 million consumers daily in 56 countries, focusing on essential needs.

What You Will Be Doing As A HR Business Partner

  • Enable the delivery of HR solutions to maximise people and business performance
  • Support people in the transition elements of mobilisations and demobilisations by providing HR knowledge
  • Work with local central HR teams to facilitate positive ER and industrial relations climate with employees and unions
  • Work alongside resourcing to understand the local labour market to improve delivery of resourcing solutions
  • Work with line managers to identify key talent and devise plans to retain within the business
  • Provide HRBP Projects and central HR advisory with segment knowledge to develop and deliver change
  • Support all local health and wellbeing strategies
  • Support key initiatives such as mental health responding training, working alongside counsellors to inform future wellbeing plans
  • Lead a team of HR Advisors and Resource Coordinators to deliver people and business priorities

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Experience of public sector and in particular healthcare
  • Experience of organisation development and design
  • History of working with central HR shared service team
  • Appreciation of SAP HT and other HR systems
  • Knowledge and regular user of Microsoft Office programmes
  • CIPD qualified
  • A strong understanding in all aspects of HR
  • Commercial knowledge
  • Experience in running multisites (desirable)
  • Experience of working or dealing with Union Reps
