- £35k - £40k salary (depending on experience)
- Monday – Friday 42.5 hrs, working from the Calisen Smarter Energy Academy in Ashton-in-Makerfield
- 30 Days holiday incremental to 33 days with yearly service (inclusive of Bank holidays)

- Proven experience in technical support, preferably in the air source heat pump industry
- Strong knowledge of air source heat pump systems, installation processes, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for remote support and troubleshooting
- Have no unspent criminal convictions – must pass basic criminal record check
- Proven eligibility to work in the UK
- Willing to travel & work in other business locations as required
