This business is looking for a passionate marketer to bring an energy and enthusiasm to a highly autonomous role, whereby all ideas are welcome, creativity is encouraged and extensive support is available for a marketing professional with a proactive attitude. From overseeing PPC and SEO initiatives, updating and maintaining website content, supporting the set up of a slick CRM system, overseeing social media and organising/ attending events and exhibitions amongst much, much more - this role will offer extensive variety and opportunities for any digital marketer looking for a role they can really grow with and make their own.

Day to day:

• Work with the senior leadership team to understand business goals and growth aspirations; developing marketing strategies and initiatives that align and support the company's vision and values
• Manage external agency partners and work with them on digital initiatives
• Work on SEO and PPC campaigns and be hands on in their delivery
• Create content for website, blogs and social media - researching relevant topical news and creating written and video content that showcases the brand
• Organise and attend industry events/ trade shows/ exhibitions
• Support with an on-ongoing CRM development project and identifying marketing opportunities across the sales funnel
• Become a true brand ambassador, immersing yourself in this highly passionate business, becoming a hugely valued member of their incredible team and working closely with all other employees to support the exciting growth of this fabulous business.

This exceptional company are based in Leicestershire. Advocates of hybrid working, the team work onsite 1 - 2 days a wee, working hours are somewhat flexible and part time options will be considered.
