Description

Aquilo recruitment are recruiting for a market leading business in the heating industry for a telesales executive to join their growing team on a permanent basis with hybrid working and opportunities to progress.


Key accountabilities include:


  • Making outbound calls to loyalty scheme members
  • Capturing and maintaining loyalty scheme member records and data using the CRM system (Salesforce), with a particular focus on GDPR compliance
  • Converting cold/warm leads into sales
  • Completing activities to retain loyalty scheme members and support them in increasing their registration volumes
  • Delivering our lead activity, putting homeowners in contact with loyalty scheme members in their area. An activity which requires use of Salesforce.
  • Delivering an excellent level of customer service
  • Providing expert knowledge on our campaigns, products and services
  • Dealing with any problems / issues in a polite and professional manner

Essential requirements include:


  • Well practised customer service skills
  • Use of Excel and being able to read and input data in excel format
  • Well proven communication skills in order to build rapport
  • A flexible, positive, reliable, enthusiastic attitude with a 'can do approach'
  • Time management able to work consistently to timescales
  • Able to interpret and enter data accurately with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experienced team player
  • Able to work on own initiative
Experience in a telemarketing environment or telephone sales would be a distinct advantage. As will experience with Salesforce and GDPR. However, full training will be given on these skills.

  • 8:30 5pm Mon Thurs
  • 8: pm Friday
  • Hybrid days are the same 3 days in office 2 at home
