Junior Payroll and Pension Administrator

London, NW9

£25,000 + Pension

This very progressive local organisation requires a Junior Payroll and Pension Administrator to join their energetic team and make a valuable contribution to their ongoing success.

Some of your duties will include:

Assisting with the production of the wages from instigation to completion
Preparing payroll, setting up new starters and leavers on the system and processing P45s and P46s
Completing all statutory PAYE deductions including SSP, SMP, SPP, sickness and holiday pay
Preparing wage slips and producing BACS payment reports for Finance Manager to approve
Reconciling payroll at month end and preparing PAYE returns and payments for the HMRC
Dealing with any payroll queries that occur and ensuring all issues are fully investigated and resolved
