Main purpose of job:
You will be supporting the Asset Management team that operates ~300MW of battery energy storage systems (~20 projects) across the globe. The role will involve management of interfaces between Gore Street and key contractors that operate and monetise the systems. In particular, you will be working closely with the team to identify opportunities to improve operations of the projects and better track their activities.
As a member of the Asset Management team within Gore Street's technical team, you are going to be involved with day-to-day operations and much of this will involve reacting to issues that could develop at any time. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with having accountability for their workload, have excellent organisational skills and find genuine enthusiasm for a fast-paced and highly dynamic position.

Day-to-day can vary greatly in this operational role, based on the needs of Gore Street's projects at the time. Asset Managers may require support for interfacing with contractors to get access to sites, plan maintenance activities, procure spare parts etc. You will also have opportunities to engage directly with the commercial team to support the assets' monetisation strategies.
