About the role
We've got an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator with a comprehensive administrative background, who is process-driven and has a keen eye for precision and detail and to work within our energetic, fast-moving and supportive team.
The successful person will ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience within the Lettings or Property industry, specifically in Administration, with good knowledge of Office 365 products and be able to demonstrate that you can pick up new systems quickly.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Checking paperwork, uploading photos and sending drafts for approval
- Conducting virtual and in person right to rent checks
- Photographing properties, capturing virtual tours and floor plans
- Writing property descriptions and avertitisng properties
- Organising compliance documents
- Chasing up the signing of tenancy agreements and other documentation
- Organising check in and check out arrangements
- Help to creating new and improving existing internal processes
- General administrative duties, including adhoc projects
- Meet and greet visitors to the office
- Answering external and internal calls, dealing with queries and directing where appropriate
- Maintain our CRM and could database effectively
