About the Role:
Thisis a significant investment project that will include the design, manufacture,installation, and commissioning of the new units.

Theupgrading will include the replacement of the turbines, generators, and MainInlet Valves during planned outages.

You'll play a key role in delivering the scope of works includingmanaging the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of largeelectrical rotating plant.

You'll also ensure that all designdocumentation is correctly recorded.

Withyour experience, you'll be the technical authority for EC&I engineering onthe U3&4 project, while understanding the wider technical requirementswithin Drax and provide professional support and guidance to other members ofthe Engineering Team.

Thiscould include Electricity at Work, ESQCR and other legislative and Businessrequirements with regards to Electrical Plant, Control Systems andInstrumentation & Working Equipment.

About you

Essentially,you'll be Qualified (Honours Degree) in a relevant engineering discipline(EC&I) and you'll Ideally be a Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) of arelevant institute IET.

You'lldemonstrate your working knowledge and understanding of EC&I engineeringindustry standards and legislation.

Healthand Safety is critical to our operations; therefore, you will hold NEBOSH orIOSH certificate in Health & Safety or equivalent.

Wewant your experience and proven track record of delivering successful resultsin a complex, multi-disciplinary projects to shine
