A global investment bank is recruiting a Marketing Manager for its growing and high-performing EMEA marketing team based in London.


The Marketing Manager will work with marketing and banking colleagues to deliver impactful marketing campaigns aligned with key business objectives.

They will be responsible for proactively developing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuringbest-in-class use of design and branding and tracking and analysing campaign performance.


The main responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include the following:

  • Create, execute and review a regular stream of client-facing marketing campaigns for the investment bank.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with marketing and banking colleagues to ensure ontime delivery of campaigns and proactively suggest new ideas and initiatives.
  • Work with design and brand colleagues to ensure marketing collateral is onbrand and engaging.
  • Manage company social channels for your campaigns and ensure content is tailored for individual channels.
  • Use various tools to track, analyse and tailor campaigns in pursuit of continuous improvement.
  • Manage agencies and suppliers when needed to create marketing collateral.

Essential skills and experience required of the Marketing Manager:

  • Corporate, B2B marketing experience within financial services, ideally investment banking.
  • Confident manner and someone who enjoys building relationships with colleagues and suggesting marketing campaign ideas.
  • Experience creating marketing campaigns that are deployed across digital and offline channels.
  • A creative mindset and an eye for engaging design.
  • Track record of achieving excellent marketing campaign performance and proven ability to measure and analyse campaigns.
