Role:
Head of Marketing


Salary:
£60,000 plus benefits


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5:30pm.


Location:
Central London. Blended Hybrid/Office working pattern (2 days per week in Office upon successful probation).


The role of the Head of Marketing:

My client is recruiting for a Head of Marketing role, they are a charitable organisation with a strong presence in supporting Charities globally digitally.


The ideal Head of Marketing will have:


  • Leadership and management experience:
  • Experience of leading and motivating a team of 47 people towards achieving goals and targets.
  • Capable of selecting high calibre new team members and providing development and training to enable them to succeed.
  • Ability to contribute effectively to the SLT.
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate clearly, effectively and at all levels with a diverse range of stakeholders including corporate sponsors, grant funders and charities and internally within the business.
  • Experience in designing and executing marketing strategy to achieve targets.
  • Strong applied digital marketing skills in product, service, and content marketing.
  • Openness to both give and receive direct, constructive feedback.
  • A high level of effectiveness in working to selfdirected deadlines.
  • The flexibility, agility, and resilience to adapt to a fastchanging work environment.
  • Ideally a mix of B2B and B2C marketing experience.
  • A demonstrated interest in the values of the charity/social impact sector.
  • Brand development experience.
  • Event management experience.

£55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
