Overview:


The HR Assistant Apprentice role sits within the People Team which processes all employee life cycle events and provides HR/Learning & Organisational Development/Graduate recruitment administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data entry and updating the firms core HR/ L&OD systems (Cherwell) and notifying changes other service groups.
  • Resolving & processing first tier employee and Partner enquiries via the HR ticketing system to ensure accurate recording and reporting.
  • Providing administration support to the HR Coordinator and HR Advisors
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in Ashurst Service Central, People & Culture, Payroll, HRIS.
  • Act as a role model of the firm's values
  • Risk and Control: Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Salary:

£16,000 per annum.
