We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team here at Zuma.

Our Chef de Parties's are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for.

Zuma Chefs are confident working at a fast pace whilst maintaining Zumas high standards.
The requirements
Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Chef de Partie
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Great team player
Previous experience in Asian cuisine (preferred but not required)
A keen interest in Japanese cuisine

Accommodation is provided for the season along with transport to and from the restaurant, plus two staff meals per day.
