This is an opportunity to join a leading national law firm based in Wiltshire offering high quality service to their clients as part of a maternity cover.

As a successful candidate, you will have experience and excellent knowledge of buying and selling leasehold and freehold residential property and mortgage procedures, including other general aspects of residential conveyancing.

• You will be liaising with third parties and other departments in the firm i.e. tax planning, sales on behalf of Executors.
• The candidate will have experience with drafting legal documents concerning all residential conveyancing matters and handle residential tenancy-related matters.
• The applicant will be reporting to the Head of Property regarding client handling and financial duties.
• You will be responsible for supervising junior members of the team.
