    Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled System Transformation and Delivery Manager to join our team.

    This pivotal role involves maximizing the utilisation of our main care delivery platform via The Access Group business management software, and driving its transformation to enhance operational efficiency and the quality of our services.

    The System Transformation and Delivery lead will play a key role in streamlining processes, implementing technology-enabled care solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery of our services across various care sectors.


    Key Responsibilities:

    System Optimization:

    • Evaluate the current usage of Access Group products and identify opportunities for optimization.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the utilization of the system's modules and features.
    • Streamline rostering, care planning, medication management, incident reporting, and training processes to minimize manual intervention.

    Staff Training and Development:

    • Design and conduct training programs to enhance staff proficiency in utilising Access Group products effectively.
    • Provide ongoing support and training resources to ensure staff members are well-equipped to leverage the system's capabilities.

    Process Improvement:

    • Analyse existing workflows and identify areas for process improvement within the Access Group platform.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient and standardized processes across all care services.

    Technology-Enabled Care Integration:

    • Research, evaluate, and integrate technology-enabled care solutions within the Access Group platform.
    • Work closely with senior management team and technology partners to explore innovative tools and applications that enhance the quality of our services, with a view of implementing tech enabled care Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Taking the lead in ensuring the available analytics are rolled out across the business inclusive of the design and implementation.
    • Utilize system analytics to generate meaningful insights for senior team decision-making.
    • Prepare regular reports on system usage, staff performance, and service quality metrics for management review.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data within the Access Group platform.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of service delivery.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including recruitment, operations, and training teams, to align system transformation initiatives with organisational goals.
    • Liaise with external vendors and partners to explore integration opportunities and stay updated on industry best practices.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience in managing system transformations and process optimisation within the healthcare or social care sector.
    • Strong knowledge of care delivery platforms, preferably Access Care, and their various modules.
    • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on deadlines and deliverables.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Familiarity with technology-enabled care solutions and their implementation is a plus.
