    Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and processes for aircraft maintenance, operations, and related services.
    Provide support, and training to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    Design implement, and oversee quality assurances programs, including audits and inspections.

    Coordinate with regulatory authorities, industry organisations, and stakeholders to stay updated on changes in aviation regulations, standards, and best practice.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, safety, training, to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
    Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics to measure quality performance and track progress towards quality objectives.
    Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
    Investigate quality incidents, safety occurrences, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
    Provide support during regulatory inspections, customer audits, and quality management system certifications.


    What you will need:
    Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices including Part 145 Safety Management Systems.
    Extensive experience in quality assurance, quality management, or regulatory compliance leadership roles.
    In-depth knowledge of UK aviation regulations (CAA/EASA) and international aviation standards.
    Proven track record of developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality management systems.
