To oversee the day-to-day operational running of the business. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and make informed decisions to drive improvements.
Collaborate with finance teams to analyze financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize supply chain processes and inventory management.
Establish and uphold operational protocols to ensure consistent quality in both service and products.
