    This hybrid role is based out of the London Bridge headquarters (London, United Kingdom), where we embrace a flexible office and remote working model, requiring a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.

    We are looking for an energetic Field Marketing Executive who will support the regional field marketing team initiatives in the EMEA region.

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing EMEA, this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to grow into a marketing expert.

    Campaigns You'll be working with the EMEA marketing and global campaign teams across numerous intivatives by managing, executing, and driving forward the day-to-day marketing programs to deliver a high-quality pipeline and other associated business deliverables.


    Support the marketing department's initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.

    Write and proof copy for different marketing materials, website content, email campaigns, blog posts, social media posts, case studies, and other promotional materials.

    Provide administrative and project support for various marketing projects.

    Execute marketing campaigns and activities in line with the marketing plan and monitor results, ensuring KPIs are achieved and measured.

    Assist in the building out of the new Enterprise Account Based Marketing program and work towards being an ABM internal champion.

    You'll also be responsible for contributing to the planning, logistics, and execution of Dotdigital events in the UK and EMEA.

    From pre-event planning to logistics, documentation, and execution, your role will support us at every step of the process.


    Handle logistics and day-of support for virtual and in-person events, including speaker outreach and coordination, vendor research and selection, driving registrations, and creating internal prep documents related to various events.

    Manage smaller 3rd party event sponsorships and co-hosted partner activities, tracking timelines and deliverables to ensure flawless execution, leading to qualified leads and sales pipeline, working directly with the events manager.

    Ensure the event and email calendars are updated, and work directly with the global online marketing team to schedule communications and outreach for multiple countries.

    Carry out basic data entry for various tasks, such as creating web pages, surveys, and calendar events, preparing target lists for campaigns, and taking notes during events for internal distribution.

    Monitor and record receipts and invoices, while ensuring the EMEA marketing budget remains current and accurate for the team.

    You will have strong relationship and project management skills and creative marketing experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    Willing and able to travel internationally when/if needed.
    Experienced with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems or eager to learn.
    A sociable person who loves to participate in social team events, both in and outside work.
    2 years' experience in a marketing role or relevant studies.
    ~ Experience in delivering marketing communications using email production/distribution systems and social media.
    ~ Experience in orchestrating small-scale events, encompassing all stages from planning to successful execution.
    ~ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    ~ High level of commercial judgment and initiative.
    ~ Experience with a marketing automation platform and CRM is preferred (Microsoft Dynamics is favorable).
