    Regional Coordinator - Life Sciences

    Location:

    Remote within one of the following regions:

    • Region 1 – Scotland, North East, North West, Yorkshire
    • Region 2 – Midlands, South Wales, South West
    • Region 3 – East Anglia, Essex, London, Hampshire, Dorset, Kent
    Contract Length: 12 months


    Our client is looking for Regional Peer-to-Peer Coordinators within their immunology team to ensure that the regions speaker and independent meetings are executed seamlessly.

    You will coordinate with Medical Education Associate Programs within your region and actively work to alleviate the administrative burden on Territory Business Managers.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the end to end process of independent meetings
    • Support Territory Business Managers to drive execution excellence with regional plans by collaborating closely with TBM's within the region specialising in Dermatology, Rheumatology and Gastroenterology
    • Facilitate local speaker tours. Organise and coordinate logistics such as scheduling, venue selection and speaker briefings
    • Collaborate across regional boundaries with fellow peer to peer coordinators to identify best practices and strong advocates from other areas of the UK to pitch ideas to your TBMs for the benefit of the business within your region
    • Coordinate Medical Education Associate programs in the region
    • Manage the process for HCP sponsorships to national and international congresses
    • Collaborate with the crossfunctional team, implement strategies and systems to streamline administrative tasks for the TBMs
    • Manage and improve the level of risk concerned with independent and speaker meetings

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a life science or related field
    • Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
    • Preferably experience in a coordination or project management role
    • Strong understanding of compliance regulations
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a cross functional team
