- Partner with the Operations Leadership team to facilitate and implement the Fortive Business System (FBS) tools within manufacturing operations to drive productivity, lean conversion and sustainable progress.
- Actively involved in the Policy Deployment process.
- Support the training and certification of other on-site champions.
- Partner with the FBS Corporate Office, ensuring Qualitrol remains current on documentation, FBS tools and relevant events.
- Qualifications :
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Business Administration or Lean sigma is desirable.
- Electrical / Electronic design and assembly experience
- Understanding and utilizing a variety of Lean Manufacturing Tools and Six Sigma and create Lean roadmap for an operating business.
