Suitable candidates will have at least 3years' experience in implementing business, financial or enterprisesoftware.
( Preference for ERP or WMS software Implementation experience)The roles involves working with new clients to plan and manage training,pilot running, data take on and go live.
The cloud service handles customerservice, logistics, CRM, WMS, financials, and business intelligence for arapidly growing list of clients in 15+ countries.
The implementation teams.The implementation team, work with clients and the support team to plan,coordinate and deliver training, pilot running, data take on and goinglive.
Responsibilities Planning software rollouts with our clients'management Managing training, pilot running, data take on and go live.Presenting training courses on aspects of our enterprise software Advisingclients on how to use our software to improve their business.
Working withour development teams to test and refine new facilities.Analysing issuesand proposing solutions Identifying improvements of benefit to our clientsGeneral Support Requirements Ability to work fluently in English.3+years' experience of supporting and ERP software or WMS software (Warehouse Management Systems) Sage, Dynamics, SAP, or similar.
Experienceof EDI and APIs would be beneficial. Experience of Logistics and WMS wouldbe an advantage. Good people and communication skills Bachelor's degreeLifelong learner Attention to detail combined with imagination.Practicalapproach to real world problems Work from home All our people work remotelywithin the EU from their home office or Co-Working office.
