    Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a high-growth luxury fashion brand in their search for a Finance Manager to join their growing team.

    Starting out with a £10,000 investment ten years ago, our client has scaled in recent years, now turning over close to £5m.

    They are well on their way to becoming an industry name within their niche, and have recently expanded worldwide, alongside a secondary office in Europe.

    They encompass a dynamic working environment, and you will be surrounded by the best creative minds and a close-knit sociable team who are passionate about the designs that contribute to, and the vibe they create around the office.

    Creating a progressive working culture is incredibly important to our client, extending to outside of work, where there are various social activities that the team organise.

    Reporting directly to the Founder, who is incredibly hands-on with the business, while supporting the part-time Financial Director, the role takes entire ownership of management accounts, cash flow and commercially focussed duties such as budgeting and forecasting, while partnering with the sales and supply chain teams to improve operational efficiency.

    Please note that our client are welcoming applications for people interested in part-time opportunities (3/4 days a week).ResponsibilitiesOversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable through external accountants - accruals, prepayments, journals etcImplementing any necessary process improvements, recognising where efficiencies could be madeBusiness partnering with other departments including (but not limited to) sales, marketing and HRReport to the Senior Leadership Team on the financial operationsPreparation of management accounts on a monthly basis Ensure compliance with accounting standardsSubmit VAT returns on a quarterly basis Responsible for bank reconciliations Producing P&L reports for the business Creating cash flow forecasts Essential skillsExperience within luxury retail or fashion retail Experience in an SME and/or a Founder-led business Part-qualified or newly qualified with ACA, ACCA or CIMAExperience working with XeroExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDesirable skillsExperience using ERP system ZedonkSpeaking Italian would be a big plusSalary: £45,000 to £55,000 + study support (salary pro-rated unique for part-time candidates)
