    Qualifications andExpertise

    You hold at least aminimum of a CIPD qualification at level 5 and a level 7qualification (or equivalent) would be a distinct advantage. Yourbackground shines with substantial time as an HR Business Partneror Adviser demonstrating your ability to provide expert guidanceacross a range of HR scenarios.

    Your repertoireencompasses chairing formal HR meetings orchestrating complexinvestigations and formulating policies and procedures. You possessthe finesse to distill extensive data into concise reports andoutcome letters that drive impactful decisionmaking. Your aptitudein crafting a variety of HR communications adheres to legalstandards and mitigates potentialrisks.

    Your exceptionalcommunication skills go hand in hand with your knack foracclimatising to diverse client contexts. Your ability to managestakeholders with varying needs underscores your capacity to fosterlasting clientrelationships.

    PracticalRequirements

    A valid UK drivinglicense is essential and your willingness to travel throughout theSouth East and occasionally across the UK is crucial. Ideally youwill live within one hours commute of central London. Yourproficiency in IT systems encompassing Microsoft Outlook Excel andWord is fundamental to excelling in thisrole.
