    The Product/Projects Team owns the strategy and execution of the Product, as well as the planning, management, and execution of Transformation across the International business.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The role of the NPD Manager is comprised of project management of new product launches, facilitating and managing the cross-functional workflows, and managing each new product from ideation to commercialization. The role will need analytical skills, project management, and technical ability.

    DURATION:

    Ideally, for 9 months starting from May 2024

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Managing new products throughout the commercialization journey.

    · Analyze data to establish patient needs and make suggestions for product improvements.

    · Facilitate and manage cross-functional workflows using the Project Management tool.

    · Working with R&D to manage formulation design, testing and manufacture.

    · Working with third parties to achieve the best possible materials.

    · Planning, testing and implementation of new packaging, ensuring brand guidelines and regulatory requirements are met.

    · Analysis of the full process, recommending areas of improvement.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    · Minimum 3 years' experience in a GMP or Food Grade facility in a PM, NPD, R&D or technical role.

    · Proven experience of managing complex plans to an agreed timeline.

    · Proven experience of managing larger programs of cross-functional work.

    · Ability to drive collaboration and provide clear direction.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

    · Able to communicate with and influence all levels of stakeholders within the business.

    · Strong working knowledge of MS Office

    · Knowledge of Project Management tools beneficial.

    Some National and International travel may be required.
