    Description
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction General Manager to oversee the operations of our client.

    The ideal candidate will come from an Installation background possess strong leadership skills, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage daytoday operations client and deal with suppliers ensuring smooth functioning and highquality service delivery.
    • Supervise Sales, Operations and Project staff, providing guidance and support where needed.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
    • Collaborate with the management team to set goals, monitor performance, and drive operational excellence.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.
    • Proven track record of success in managing multiple aspects of an Installation business.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service and staff interaction
