    We are recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Operations team on nights - 10pm to 6am.

    The Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of market-leading quality, cost and delivery metrics as well as ensurin that optimum productivity and performance are achieved through an in-depth knowledge and application of Operational Excellence, Colleague Engagement and Growth & Development strategies.

    Ensure standard work model is maintained at all times and that E-2-E process maps, Standard Operating Procedures and relevant quality, cost and delivery metrics are up to date
