We are looking for a Solutions Architect to become a key part of our UK rail based Central Booking Engine (CBE) team.

The system sits at the core of an array of partner integrations which provide everything from ticket sales and fulfilment to live personalised travel updates.

Supported by our established and experienced product development team, this will be a varied, busy and fulfilling role where you will support our clients' technology departments and our own development and application support teams in all aspects of a business critical ticketing system.

The role will involve you from early customer engagement and solution design through project delivery into the production environment.

Working with our clients and other technology partners you will shape product roadmaps and ensure that the solutions you have helped specify are successfully delivered by the project and development teams and meet the accreditation standards set by Rail Delivery Group.

This is a hybrid role, with options to work remotely however occasional visits to Vix customer sites and offices will be required.

Experience and understanding of AWS services and service architecture
Confident, engaging, and a strong work ethic with a passion for transformation and innovation

Experience in UK Rail, transport ticketing or the payments sectors are considered an advantage although candidates with experience in similarly complex solutions will be considered.
