    London, On-Site
    £32,000 - £40,000, plus up to 20% performance bonus

    We are Crestview Strategy, a communications agency. Based out of our offices across the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States, we are an international firm delivering best-in-class communications campaigns for clients here in the UK and around the world. We work with some of the largest companies in the UK and across the globe on a wide variety of interesting and complicated political, policy and reputational issues.

    Our London office is growing, and we are looking to add an experienced Office Manager to our team. You will be part of an enthusiastic group and fast-growing business managing the day-to-day upkeep of the office.

    We are looking for a talented and motivated new colleague who is looking for the next step in their career and wants to support and be part of a high achieving team doing interesting work.

    This role could be either full-time or part-time, and we welcome applications from candidates looking for either.

    The type of work our Office Manager will do:

  • Overseeing of the office, its facilities and the various service providers associated with maintaining the office
  • Managing the upkeep of the office, including sourcing and liaising with external contractors
  • Senior staff support task including some diary management
  • Other ad hoc administrative/finance tasks including supporting Canadian headquarters
  • Ensuring office compliance with any related policies such as health and safety
  • Preparing rooms in advance of client meetings and greeting guests on arrival
  • Collecting and organizing inbound applications for any new vacancies, in preparation for review
  • Organizing the purchasing and set up of equipment for new hires
  • Collaborating with IT to set up appropriate team email accounts and other basic IT assistance
  • Coordinating onboarding items for new hires as required, prior to and after starting
  • General procurement of hardware for new and existing staff

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience, working as an Office Manager or similar roles
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, being flexible as needed
  • Ability to work well within a team and autonomously
  • Capable of taking a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Understanding of basic IT troubleshooting

    This full-time position will be based at our office in Soho, London. Working hours can be full-time 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Part-time 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
