HOP is an award-winning Letting Agent, Estate Agent and Block Management Company operating across Central, North and West Leeds.

We are looking to find a Maintenance Operative to work internally within our Property Management department. Working with both our Property Managers and tenants to resolve reactive maintenance repairs.

Salary: Up to £33,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.00 pm
Requirements: A full UK driving licence & previous experience working in Residential Property Maintenance
Branded Van and Tools Provided.

HOP are looking for a Maintenance Operative, that can effectively handle their own diary with a high volume of repairs.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, a brilliant
problem solver, capable of covering a variety of trades and is able to communicate effectively.

Your
customer service skills will be excellent, you'll strive to provide the best customer service to hundreds of Tenants.

In a conversational and
friendly manner, you'll be adept at speaking to a variety of people including; colleagues, tenants and other contractors.

Your
communication will be outstanding and you will enjoy spinning lots of plates at the same time, fielding questions, and thinking fast.

You will be excellent at
organising your own time, as well as others. You will work hard to ensure maintenance is resolved quickly and efficiently.

SKILLS REQUIRED

General Repairs to kitchens, bathrooms, furniture & building furniture
Joinery
Decorating
Tiling
Wet Plumbing, taps and showers (not electric showers)
Resealing
Plastering
Simple Gardening (like hedges)
Minor Cleaning
Fencing and wall repairs

WORKING AS A TEAM

Take part in weekly team meetings to monitor performance and keep everyone up to date.
After each job is complete updating our maintenance portal immediately to keep both the tenants, Property Managers and landlords up to date.
As a member of HOP you will be representing the brand and our values to our tenants, as such, a high degree of care and professionalism needs to be shown at all times.
