- Salary of £12.50 p/hr and a minimum commitment of 16 hours, this is a weekend shift.
- Daily supervision of a team of Donor Care Advisors to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Providing training and coaching to Donor Care Advisors to help them to achieve set KPIs
- Conducting monthly 1-2-1s with Donor Care Advisors to ensure their performance is being monitored and they are provided with the necessary support to achieve agreed objectives
- Providing general support to the Donor Care Manager and Supervisors

- Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a call centre environment
- Proven track record of working successfully towards income generation targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
