Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a well established business on the appointment of a Finance Officer.


Main Purpose of the Post:


  • Creating and upholding payment procedures and policies that ensure timely payment
  • Responding to client queries
  • Maintain customer relations
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Providing administrative support to finance team
  • Keeping close watch on debtor account balances
  • Reducing debtors' 'Days Sales Outstanding'
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure cash is collected and warn them of potential credit risk
  • Allocating cash book receipts

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years credit control experience
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Persistence and determination
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
