Description

Facilities Maintenance Electrician is required for a permanent position based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

Our client is a leading provider of Facilities Management and Building Services Engineering, they are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to carry out Reactive & Planned Maintenance (PPM) tasks on Electrical building services assets on a new Distribution Centre & offices complex.

Day to day delivery of planned PPM's and reactive maintenance tasks.
BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators, LV Electrical Distribution & Switchgear etc.
Supervision of various specialist sub-contractors attending site.
Hours of Work: 08:00 - 17:00pm Mon - Fri
Base Salary: 37000p.a, plus company benefits package.
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical.
~Knowledge of other building services systems (Gas, HVAC, Mechanical) would be an advantage.
~ Worked to Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes.
~ Installation of Electrical Services.
~ Fault finding on Electrical circuits.
