- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Support Continuous Improvement and 5S initiatives.
- Comprehend SOP's and written instructions.
- Set up the production process:
- Perform SMED activities.
- Follow work procedures.
- Conduct daily/weekly safety checks.
- Notify toolroom and maintenance departments of faults.
- Instantly report Non-conformances and aid in problem-solving and NCR reporting.
- Alert senior staff about safety concerns promptly.
- Undergo cross-training when necessary.
- Hold an FLT Licence.
- Handle Injection Mould Tools.
- Promote a positive work environment with respectful communication.

Taskmaster Resources Ltd collaborates with a well-known client located in Thorne, DN8 region, a top player in the manufacturing sector.
On the lookout for a tool slinger/setter to join their team full-time. No weekend shifts but overtime opportunities exist.

40hrs/week on a 3-shift rotation Days/Afters/Nights.
06:00 – 14:00 Monday - Friday
14:00 – 22:00 Monday - Friday
22:00 - 06:00 Monday – Friday
Pay rate:
Initial pay at £14.50/hr, subject to skills and experience.
