    Scottish Friendly have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team on a Fixed Term Contract for two years.

    Based in Glasgow City Centre, we are one of the most progressive mutual life insurance offices in the UK.

    Overseeing timely and successful delivery of digital marketing projects, ensuring adherence to predefined goals and scope by planning deliverables, tasks, monitoring progress and managing risks.

    Day to day management of marketing projects against plan including managing project documentation , decisions, actions, correspondence, and necessary follow-up, and lead out to provide marketing input into business projects.

    Project monitoring and tracking of activities for Marketing.
    Developing and maintaining project related reports for Marketing and provide input in business reporting for the function.

    Representing Marketing at project meetings with other departments and prepare presentations of the needs to support the delivery of marketing deliverables.

    Working closely with the project manager/members and Scottish Friendly's centralised support functions to identify and resolve issues related to project delivery.

    Working closely with agencies, and Marketing Stakeholders to implement Marketing project deliverables including:
    o Updates to the website and mobile app functionality.
    o Improvements to online customer journeys
    o Support building the functionality for initiatives that improve payment options.
    Supporting Digital Ecommerce Manager as required to deliver web and mobile app updates and development initiatives.

    The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in project management and delivering change within a marketing environment.

    You will be digital and technology savvy with a good understanding of web and mobile app development and experience of using content management systems.

    With assets under management of over £5bn and more than 700,000 members we have lots to look after and lots more to do.
