Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience within education or a relevant field or perhaps a compassionate person with the right attitude.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and experiences in a new and meaningfulway, while also gaining valuable experience in the education sector.

As a Learning Support Assistant you will be responsible for:

Providing academic support and guidance to students
Managing the emotional and behavioural needs of the children
Assisting with lesson planning and classroom management
Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in education

Qualifications:
A qualification in a relevant field (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work well in a team environment
A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people
