Description
Design and deliver training and awareness raising of tailored privacy and information governance requirements for the portfolio of business areas within their remit

  • Use outputs from DPO KPI dashboard and privacy tool OneTrust to strategically address compliance gaps and strengthen controls in business area on a risk prioritised basis, focusing on what matters
  • Drive accountability culture and risk ownership through privacy dashboard and OneTrust risk process
  • Manage BU risk registers and maintain oversight of privacy project assessments (PIAs, Onboarding)
  • Conduct horizon scanning to stay abreast of changes in the external and regulatory environment which may impact their BU's privacy posture, and drive action to manage compliance requirements (e.g. Adtech, TRA, Breach Inv, Training)
  • Report the business risk position to the wider business and manage and maintain plans for remediation
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure wider controls are embedded within the unit (PCI, Technical, Organisational)
Have a strong knowledge of Privacy and Technical policies and standards to advise the business unit on the creation of new solutions
