- Be able to understand and support the Senior Architect's effort to introduce and train the technical teams on TDD.
- At team level they could assess with offshore teams and help them adapt if necessary, by guiding them towards doing some basic design and making.
- Help rebalance roles within the tech team by guiding the Devs to taking responsibility for defining a technical solution whilst the BA focuses on Business logic and Business rules
- Able to assess what the current code base with the Shopify team
- Ability to engage with the business and is proactive.Alignment process
