Morgan Philips are currently working with a company in London who are searching for a HR Compliance Onboarding Officer to join them on a permanent basis.


The role will be to assist in the smooth running of the HR On-boarding function by providing a robust and efficient administrative service, in line with agreed KPIs and delivery reflecting a world class organisation.

You will ensure that new starters are all on-boarded in accordance to agreed processes and polices and in line with regulatory guidance.

This role will also support in generating new ideas and initiatives for improvement and supporting the Team Lead with implementing these changes and processes.
