    Overview

    Full-time opportunity for a motivated, strategically-minded operations leader to build the company's operational team and capabilities in a rapidly growing company. A very varied role, with projects ranging from the high-level strategic, to operational improvement. Opportunity for outsized personal and career development.

    You will be building as well as managing a team in this role. You'll be ensuring the highest quality of service day to day and designing and managing strategic projects at the same time. You will be responsible for all aspects of our Operations which covers the customer's experience while they are treating their patients with us; all the way through to logistics.

    TLDR: Solve interesting problems across a broad set of operational topics. Be a leader. Own operations and ensure highest quality of service to our customers.

    What will you do?

    Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving our operations strategy

    Lead the operational team, optimise and improve operational processes - while preparing the business for scale

    Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention of the operations team

    Solve operational complexity through developing and implementing technology solutions

    Work closely with your counterparts in Commercial, Product, & Finance to deliver the best experience to our customers

    Have a product & process-oriented mindset; and use data to drive insights to develop new processes and unluck efficiencies

    Establish new and manage existing supplier relationships

    Be strategic and analytical - ask business questions, help solve problems and identify the requirements for business processes scaling

    You will need

    • First and foremost have 6+ years of experience in strategy and execution in top-tier environments either in corporate or startups.
    • Be recognised for being a superstar- have shown academic excellence, be an overachiever, unafraid to take on multiple and highly complex challenges and be held accountable.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, you can bring people along with you and hold them to extremely high standards.
    • Strong ability to analyse operational processes and identify areas for process enhancement - you are obsessed with the detail.
    • Experience of owning budgets and driving financial efficiencies within operations
    • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
    • Develop and monitor KPIs to drive performance and take corrective measures when necessary
    • Solve problems through technology implementation and integration e.g. ERP
