- Setting up and operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
- Producing high-quality components from a variety of materials, including exotics like Inconel.
- Working on small batch production runs with a focus on precision and quality.
- Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
- Adhering to safety and quality standards at all times.
- Previous experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator, with experience working with either Fanuc or Haas controls.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and interpreting technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to undergo training to advance to the level of CNC Programmer.
