Description

We are seeking a diligent and hardworking Labourer to join our team in Lampeter for the construction of 27 new build houses.

This role is crucial in supporting the construction process, ensuring that the site is prepared and maintained, materials are handled correctly, and the project remains on schedule.

• Assist with site preparation work, including cleaning and clearing the site, setting up fencing, and other setup tasks as required.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment, and transport them to the appropriate locations on site.
• Support tradespeople and site managers by fetching materials, tools, or equipment and carrying out general tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by performing tasks such as sweeping, removing waste, and organizing tools and materials.
• Follow all health and safety regulations onsite, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card preferred but not essential.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Previous experience in construction or a similar role is beneficial but not necessary.
