- Actively promote Safety, Health and Welfare, leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders
- Ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported quickly and are also effectively investigated, contributing to Incident Review Boards and Incident Review Panels
- Manage the reporting and review of SHEA accidents / incidents on the contract
- Support the assessment of staff to ensure capacity, capability and competency are maintained
- Experience working in a similar role in construction
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
- Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g. Tech IOSH or above)

We're looking for a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Advisor to join our Transportation team based in Twyford, Buckinghamshire to ensure that the highest possible standards to SHEA responsibility are implemented across the business. A full driving licence is an essential requirement for this position.

Salary: £33k - £43k + company car + benefits
