An award winning and well-established organisation are looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

In a role where you will be the main point of contact for accounts queries and undertake general reception duties.


In the Accounts Clerk role, you will be:

  • Inputting delivery notes and material invoices onto the internal purchase order system
  • Liaising with suppliers/buying department regarding their account and invoice queries
  • Completing supplier statement reconciliation and completing labour returns
  • The first point of contact for telephone enquiries and dealing with incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Providing general administrative duties for the management team when required
  • Liaising with internal and external suppliers and contracts when required
We would love to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, payroll databases and payroll software
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills along with an exemplary attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Happy to work independently and with mínimal supervision


This is a full time, temporary ongoing role on a week-by-week basis, with a pay rate of £10.70 to £11.20 per hour depending on skills and experience plus holiday pay.

This is an office-based role, working from the organisations head office near Colwyn Bay. The working hours are from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
