An award winning and well-established organisation are looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
In a role where you will be the main point of contact for accounts queries and undertake general reception duties.
In the Accounts Clerk role, you will be:
- Inputting delivery notes and material invoices onto the internal purchase order system
- Liaising with suppliers/buying department regarding their account and invoice queries
- Completing supplier statement reconciliation and completing labour returns
- The first point of contact for telephone enquiries and dealing with incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Providing general administrative duties for the management team when required
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers and contracts when required
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, payroll databases and payroll software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and time management skills along with an exemplary attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Happy to work independently and with mínimal supervision
This is a full time, temporary ongoing role on a week-by-week basis, with a pay rate of £10.70 to £11.20 per hour depending on skills and experience plus holiday pay.
