    Sportradar Integrity Services is part of Sportradar Group and one of the world's leading suppliers of sports integrity solutions. Anti-Match-Fixing (AMF) is a core service pillar and subteam of Sportradar Integrity Services and supports its partners, which include sports governing bodies, clubs, state authorities, law enforcement agencies and private organisations, in identifying and investigating integrity threats to their organisations and jurisdictions. AMF specialises in providing robust prevention, detection and investigation solutions to mitigate risks and threats related to competition manipulation.

    The Intelligence Analyst, Anti-Match-Fixing, will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of Sportradar's AMF intelligence and investigation activity. The role demands a dedicated, forward-thinking intelligence professional who will thrive working in a ground-breaking and fast-paced company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead and conduct complex intelligence-led investigations using an all-source approach using various investigative techniques including investigative interviews. Collect, analyse and evaluate sensitive information and datasets
    • Ability to interpret and use data sources with a good aptitude for analysis and excellent problem-solving skills
    • Perform advanced Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis in order to support investigations and intelligence development projects. Produce link analysis charts and timelines using analytical software tools. Conduct social media analysis and utilise link analysis to develop intelligence and investigative leads
    • Produce a variety of intelligence and analytical products, including both short and extensive written reports
    • Develop and maintain intelligence holdings and datasets
    • Contribute to the identification, cultivation and management of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) sources
    • Work closely across multiple Sportradar functions and departments to protect and enhance Sportradar business operations
    • Maintain and extend Sportradar professional relationships with clients, partners and international law enforcement agencies

    YOUR PROFILE:

    • Relevant operational experience in research, intelligence or investigations from areas such as law enforcement, journalism, corporate intelligence, financial fraud or cyber security. Detailed knowledge of the intelligence cycle and investigative processes
    • Investigative interviewing experience. Ability to work on multiple investigations. Ability to write case reports, witness statements and evidence summaries
    • Experienced in OSINT, SOCMINT, GEOINT/IMINT tools, techniques and methodologies capable of identifying, collecting and assessing intelligence and/or evidential material
    • Fluent in English, other languages will be considered a plus such as Arabic
    • Ability to quickly understand and use platforms and systems. Experience in handling and analysing diverse and large data sets
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Meticulous note-taking, record-keeping and organisation skills
    • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word as well as SharePoint
    • Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadlines
    • Excellent writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and hypotheses
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Confident in delivering presentations and leading meetings
    • Knowledge of HUMINT tradecraft is desirable
    • Strict personal standards of confidentiality and security
    • Motivated self-starter with an inquisitive mind
    • Broad understanding of global sport. Awareness of international issues associated with sport-related corruption and match-fixing. Knowledge of effective sports integrity initiatives and/or activities
