Do you want a basic salary with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of 30K + based on a 15% conversion ratio?

As an individual, you must have a passion for excellent customer service, and have the ability to offer professional advice based on the client's needs.

You must also be used to closing sales effectively with the best interest of the customer at heart.

You will have a strong understanding of sales processes with a proven track record of closing deals and building customer relationships.


You will be provided with daily sales leads, but you should also be proactive in seeking out self-generated sales opportunities.

Experience in the leasing / car sales industry is desired, but not essential.


KEY JOB ATTRIBUTES

  • Be a true ambassador for the business and its products.
  • Conduct effective sales qualification calls to understand the customers' requirements and clearly communicating our products features and benefits, which best meet the customer requirements.
  • After conducting a sales presentation, maximise every sales opportunity with effective followup communication.
  • Communicate with your wider sales team to share best practices and help improve standards.
  • Report back relevant market research, competitor activity/monitoring.
  • To ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales documentation.
  • Prepare and communicate professional customer quotations, proposals, and other documentation as required.
  • Work with the internal administration / customer services team to support the customer journey.

£22k basic OTE £30k + (Uncapped)
