- Proactively analysing large and complex datasets to identify actionable insights and trends
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality datasets and reports
- Experience with Marketing Data aka GA4 / Google Analytics
- Developing and maintaining data visualisations and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Providing recommendations based on data analysis to drive business improvements
- Identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance data quality and optimise data collection and reporting
- Presenting findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Exploring and evaluating new tools and technologies to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Strong experience in data analysis and insights reporting
- Experience using data management or reporting software such as Power BI, Tableau, FastStats, SQL, Excel/VBA, Microsoft Power Tools.
- Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g. Neilsen, YouGov, GWI, Kantar, Statista, Blinkfire, Hookit)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets

Job Description
Our Client is now seeking an Insights Analyst to join their Retail & eCommerce team. This role will sit within their Data & Analytics Department and will require an analytical mind to drive Insights from a range of data sets.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver high-quality datasets and reports. As an Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping make data-driven decisions and driving continuous improvement.
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
Location: Birmingham (Remote working once per week) - with some remote working.
